As we approach the New Year, I wanted to take just a moment and share our excitement and enthusiasm and to thank our Java Dave's Family for the opportunity to Represent Java Dave's in Historic Downtown Guthrie. I will never forget the look on my Father in Law's face when I shared with him my vision of the future for our Guthrie location. "Yes sir, I want to put the fountain back in we have had in storage for 35 years, Offering all the traditional Drug Store fountain favorites along with Java Dave's Gourmet Coffee and Tea's. He thought I was crazy!
Mike, I know it has been a long road since we started this adventure…and believe me I did not think I would ever get our remodel done, let alone actually make a Java Dave's Specialty Drink, But we did and we have! Our front-end business with our Java Dave's Espresso Fountain is up over 1000%! We are not only selling drinks, coffee and other gift items but our Pharmacy Business has increased too! The average independent pharmacy is growing about 7% per year. Though October we were at 19.36%. We have had customers come in Marks Drug and say they had not been in the store for 20 or 30 years and they had heard about the change…or they have lived here for years and never been in the store.
Recently we were voted "Best of Guthrie" in four different categories. "Best Coffee", "Best Atmosphere", "Friendliest Service" and "Best Pharmacist"!
Are we excited about our future and pleased with our Java Dave's Partnership? Absolutely!!! More than I can express here in writing!
Thank you so much for your patience, and the tremendous support from your entire staff. I feel as if Julia is part of my family, and Richard, how he got all the equipment set up & working I will never know…These two employees exemplify what Java Dave's truly is all about.
Thanks Again Mike, I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship.
Happy Holidays!
Sincerely

My broker and I found Java Dave's on the Internet and after talking with Mike Tiernan, we felt Java Dave's was exactly what I was looking for. I flew to Tulsa to meet with Mike to taste Java Dave's coffee, tour the plant and visit several coffee houses in the area. After my visit I knew I wanted to be a part of Java Dave's. I signed my licensing agreement in March 2005 and opened my coffee shop in June 2005. Everyone I deal with at corporate office always goes the extra mile to help in anyway they possibly can. I feel fortunate to be a business owner and offer such a fine product. Mike Tiernan is a kind and knowledgeable man; he is a great representative for Java Dave's. I encourage anyone interested in pursuing a coffee career to contact Mike; he can answer any questions you could possibly have.
Sincerely,
Bambi Straebel
My wife Nancy and I found Java Dave's in the spring of 2004 and signed a licensing agreement in the fall of 2004. Mike Tiernan is a very good representative of the Java Dave's system that promotes quality products served with maximum profit potential. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike Tiernan and the Java Dave's system to any prospective business owner.

Java Dave's Coffee is the best! Its's a good product and a great business opportunity for those seeking a place in the coffee world. I've owned a Java Dave's store for a little more than four years, and I don't regret any part of this decision. People love the product and coffee environment. I'm grateful for the support of the corporate office and the commitment to providing high quality coffee.

We open Java Dave's at Tulsa International Airport about a year and half ago. Java Dave's has been one of the easiest and most helpful companies I have ever worked with. They constantly send out materials on new items, they assist with training and their service people are always on call. Java Dave's offers a high standard product at comparable pricing. Our biggest compliment was a comment card that a customer filled out, they wrote "Java Dave's is better than Starbucks by far." That says it all!
